Scope
Interior renovation and partial exterior refurbishment of a coastal summer residence. The project includes reconfiguration of the floor plan with a relocated staircase, new bedrooms, a mudroom, and a spa-style bathroom, and technical upgrades. A timeless palette of natural materials and colors frames the new kitchen, bathrooms, and custom storage, complemented by atmospheric lighting and a handcrafted stone fireplace.

Role
Lead architect, interior designer, and coordinating project manager, driving design development and quality assurance in close collaboration with consultants and contractors.
