Scope
Restoration and adaptation of a 19th-century farmstead on Gotland into a boutique hotel and restaurant. The aim was to preserve the character of the original farm buildings while integrating modern amenities, sustainable materials, and a warm, calm palette that honours East-Gotland vernacular architecture. Role
Produced building permit drawings and technical documentation for the main house, wing, and lodging building. Collaborated on structural schematics, coordinated with local craftsmen, and ensured new additions and interventions blended seamlessly into the existing architecture.
